What electric vehicles can I subscribe to with Moon Fleets in London?
Moon Fleets offers six electric vehicles on flexible monthly subscription in London: four electric mopeds — the Askoll eS3 (£179/month), the Vmoto VS2 Citi (£279/month, 50 mph, 66-mile range), the Super Soco CPX (£289/month, availability on enquiry — 60 mph, 80-mile range) and the Askoll eS-Pro 70 (£179/month) — and two cargo e-bikes that need no licence: the CYCL Carr-e (£125/month) and the ETT Trayser 2.0 (£125/month).
The mopeds require a CBT certificate or a full motorcycle licence; the cargo e-bikes require no licence. Every vehicle is fully electric and ULEZ-exempt, and every subscription includes free servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock, month to month — the mopeds also include third-party insurance. Moon Fleets is a brand of Otto Scooter Ltd and collects from its West London base.

Which vehicles need a licence?
The electric mopeds (Askoll eS3, Vmoto VS2 Citi, Super Soco CPX and Askoll eS-Pro 70) require a CBT or a full motorcycle licence. The cargo e-bikes (CYCL Carr-e and ETT Trayser 2.0) need no licence at all.
Which one should I choose?
Pick by your commute: the Askoll eS3 is the easy everyday moped; the Vmoto VS2 Citi and Super Soco CPX add speed and range for longer or cross-town trips; the CYCL Carr-e and ETT Trayser are cargo e-bikes for riders who want to carry more and skip the licence.
Are all the vehicles electric and ULEZ-exempt?
Yes. Every Moon Fleets vehicle is fully electric and exempt from the ULEZ charge across Greater London, 24/7 — and there’s no road tax to pay.
Is insurance and servicing included?
Every subscription includes free servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock. The mopeds also include third-party motor insurance; the cargo e-bikes are EAPCs and need no insurance by law. Optional Damage & Excess Protection (£20/month) reduces your damage/theft excess to £50.
