Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Moon Fleets website and electric vehicle subscriptions. By subscribing to a Moon Fleets vehicle you agree to these terms.
The subscription
Moon Fleets provides electric mopeds and cargo bikes on a flexible, month-to-month subscription. Your subscription includes third-party insurance, servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock, as described on the relevant vehicle page.
Eligibility & licence
To ride an electric moped you must hold a valid CBT certificate or full motorcycle licence; the cargo e-bikes require no licence. You must meet the minimum age and documentation requirements communicated at sign-up. The person who signs the contract remains fully responsible and liable for the vehicle at all times, regardless of who is using it.
Payments, pause & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly, with no deposit and no minimum term. You may pause or cancel with one month’s notice. You remain responsible for the vehicle being returned in acceptable condition.
Insurance, theft & damage
Third-party insurance is included. Optional theft and damage cover is available. In the event of theft you must notify the police immediately; we can assist recovery using GPS tracking.
Service area
Moon Fleets operates in Greater London only, from our West London base.
